  • If you're a musician or music geek, Dave Kusek of the Berklee College of Music writes a blog titled Future of Music. What stands out about Mr. Kusek's blog is that he typically points out articles where he is the quoted expert. Often, bloggers lack the credibility of posting material that was from another form of journalism. Yes, it lends an authoritativeness to his blogging, but it also presents a greater perspective within the framework of the publication. #

Sunday Early walk to cafe, pounding heads, asleep again, Old Town for pannini, long walk to old train station, tram back and to pont something, pizza and wine in Old, night sea walk, to sleep early sorta. Monday Up at 9, beach Opera Plage, two lounges, rocks, riptide, turqouise water, sunburn and cocktails. Aloe Vera not Aloe at le Pharmacie. Sleep and sick from salt, burning. Walk to Italian, last rest by Church, pesto and Bordeaux. Night on beach, rocks at low tide, back slow and for early rise. Tues Up early. To Le Pharmacie and Monoprix...hair bands! Cafe du Lyon for croissant and cafe. Train to Provences. Alps. Puget-theniers. Old village and 1400s Church of Clutter. Cafe with ham quiche and tiramisu. Beer gift. "Run, the train will come in over 20 minutes!" Back, M goes shopping & I draw a bubbly bath. Casino slots. Big winner. Wine, baguette, camembert, grapes. To le room. Cannot sleep. Wed Up at 9. Bus 100 to Monaco. Ugly and boring ride...nothing to see. Hotel Normandy is small. Monaco sand is pebbles not pebbles as in Nice rocks. Matelas and beautiful water. Margaritas x 10. Many of them. Nuts. Find bus in next town. Thu Out shopping for presents. Nothing open. Lazy French. Went to WalMart and got Nascar memorabilia. Flying back. Long layover in Paris. And it's downhill from there.
